Ms. Hartman showed us the house by FaceTime. We were four hours away. We made an offer. We funny story. We were in town and saw two other houses. There was a third we knew we wouldn't buy. It was way underpriced and we wanted to know why. Ms Hartman made herself available to show it to is on short notice. It was a Dump. But my wife and I went through every room and the three of us discussed how to fix every problem. In that way, Ms Hartman learned our style, so we hired her on the spot. She understood our old dogs needs as well. So back to the house we bought. Jennifer knew out style and as she facetimed this house she pointed out every defect. She was our live eyes while we only had video feed. She also keeps perfect records of our whole journey. Today I needed some data from 2 years ago and she still has it! We highly Recommend Jennifer Hartman! Ps our dog has a level walk out, poor old girl!
